Or, you can wait and let someone else (Dell) take care of it, if they indeed ever do. At any rate, worst comes to worst, you should be able to retrieve older versions of the program (specifically the one your key is good for) and install it. I don't have that issue, since I bought the lifetime subscription. What I'm not sure of (I thought of this since my initial reply) is whether or not your current version can be freely 'upgraded' to the latest release that you will get from. Since its already installed when you reinstall it, it should recognize the product key that already exists in your registry, assuming your current installation is not too severly 'broken.' In any event, I believe you can browse your registry and find the key, if you need it. Wait on Dell if you insist, but I would simply download the software. Dell musicmatch is just musicmatch, with a Dell logo or something.
